Woodlawn Celestial Gardens will be  closed Saturday, June 11 through Tuesday, June 14..

We will reopen on Wednesday, 15, 2022.

Placing Flags on Veterans' Graves

Please help place US flags on the graves of Compton's men and women who served our country throughout history.  Our goal is to  REMEMBER, RESPECT AND HONOR

 Mother's Day 2022 marks the 2nd Anniversary One Section At A Time

began the work of  saving and restoreing Woodlawn.  Everyone is invited to drop in between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.  Enjoy  some music and refreshments, mingle with friends and checkout the progress made at Woodlawn.

 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Join us again this year for the annual Easter Egg Hunt, meet the Easter Bunny, crafts and games for the kids and lunch is provided by Dirt Dog for all attendees!

Woodlawn Celestial Gardens - Cleanup Volunteer a few hours to mow and trim the green growth which sprouted up following the winter rains.   Enjoy the sunshine while mowing, whacking weeds and raking leaves, OSAAT will provide free lunch to volunteers.  Work with the City of Compton has been beneficial.  We may have street parking by March, cross your fingers!

Woodlawn Celestial Gardens - Cleanup Volunteer a few hours to "spruce up" the cemetery.   Enjoy the sunshine while wacking weed,  raking leaves, removing faded flowers and taking pictures of headstones.  OSAAT will provide free lunch to volunteers.  Parking is limited, please carpool, we are working with the City of Compton for future street parking
