Honoring Our Veterans

“Freedom is never free.” — Anonymous

Woodlawn is proud to be the final resting place of more than 920 United States Veterans.  These men and women represent every branch of the Armed Services and nearly every campaign from the War of 1812 and the Vietnam War.

In 2021 Woodlawn reestablished  the annual tradition of commemorating Memorial Day to remembering the contributions of those who died in conflict.

Below is a link to the unique story of some of the service men and woman now resting in Woodlawn.   An alphabetical list of veterans identified to date is also provide.
